Checking the clearance of a police case after clearance of credit
Hi,
A finance company had filed a police case against me. I have settled my credit at the police station and paid the fines.
Do I still need to repay the credit card? And how will I know if I still have a police case?

You need to take a release paper from the bank.

Dear Questioner,
We need to check if there is any other file opened against you in the Police.
In case you paid the fine for this case and they did not open any civil case against you, no need to pay the amount of the credit.
In case they opened or will open a civil case against you, you will have to pay the balance of the credit.
If you wish us to check your criminal and civil records, please let me know.
