Claiming compensation for a work accident after resignation
Hi,
I’m staying on sick leave due to a work accident. The medical treatment and wage loss payment are being covered by my company.
I am wondering if I’d like to cease my employment before the treatment ends (as I am not confident to continue with working for this company anymore), am I eligible for compensation to cover further recovery or/and disability compensation?

Any type of disability compensation can be claimed only after a proper disability certificate (which should claim the magnitude of disability) from the doctor.
