Liability in case of work accidents for failure to renew insurance
My father died in Dubai while working at Image Company due to a heart attack.
The company did not renew the insurance policy of the employee and no claim of the benefit received.
I am Kuljinder Singh from India, and I want to file a case on the company for claiming rights.
