Firstly, can you mention in which Emirate have you applied your card from, as every Emirate will have their own consequences and results?

I will assume your card is issued from Dubai for the purpose of this query.

Secondly, if you miss your instalments for more than 3 times, then as a routine the bank will bounce the security cheque (which you provided at the time of signing up for the cheque).

If you have not provided any cheques then you may ignore this point. If the cheque is bounced and reported in Dubai, you will face judgement in fine.

Thirdly, after you clear the police case, the bank can file a civil case against you based on the credit statement and agreement you signed.

Consequences of the police case are immediate travel ban and arrest order. Consequences of the civil case are after judgement there will be a travel ban and you will be liable to pay full judgement amount.
