Hello, I was being transferred to Dubai airport by an Emirati chauffeur who crashed into the back of another vehicle. I continued on with business flight to West Africa, but had double vision briefly, continuous headaches and stiffening of neck and back. Upon arrival, I asked to be seen by a company doctor who diagnosed me with a mild concussion and I was ordered to take bed rest which impacted my timetable. The headaches continued for 3 days, though I returned to my itinerary on the next day after an additional examination. Can you please tell me if I can claim compensation and what is the process?

Hi Sir, I am K. I am working as a safety officer in a construction site. 1 year before, there was an accident to a worker, which caused fracture on the leg. He was given all the treatment necessary and waiting for the final operation next year Feb  (2020). For the last 1 year, the police are holding passports of our project manager, me, and the foreman. This month, I have one exam in India and I have to get back to India for that. I had also given resignation to my employer. How can I get my passport? Please advise me.

I'm an Australian non-Muslim expat resident for 10 years. My wife is the same, as are our three children, ages 19,16 (girls) and 11 (boy). I have opened a case for divorce in Australia, and the hearing is in November. My wife wants to take me to court in the UAE regarding child maintenance. I currently pay 35% of my monthly salary to my wife for child support. She wants more. I am due to leave the country next July permanently. If she opens a court case, will that stop me from leaving? Has she got a case for more money?
