Enforcement of a labour case judgement to get dues
I have a case going on with a company for not paying my indemnity. I have won the case but the employer still hasn't paid.
The execution court now has accepted to block the shares of the employer company with the ministry of commerce and the commercial registration will be affected.
Please advise

It appears that you have a lawyer handling your case and have a successful award but are struggling to collect the award.
Normally, measures are requested to enforce a successful judgment if the company (against whom the award was made) does not pay voluntarily.
The measures requested and taken by the Court of Execution in the enforcement of an award normally includes a freeze of the bank accounts, properties and vehicles of the Company and also a sequestership of the Company's CR and its assets.
I assume that the Company is a limited liability company and so no measures can be taken against its owners.
