Visa requirements for degree certificate in case of name change

I see your Quora answers, and I have a doubt on employment visa processing.
Recently, I changed my name in the passport in India with the help of gazette certificate. Now, I got a job in the UAE and they're asking for my degree certificate for visa processing.
But in my degree certificate, there is a different name it will affect any problem in visa processing.

As I understand you have legally changed your name as per the Indian rules. You won't face any issue while applying for the visa and using the degree (having your old name).
You need to get the Gazette copy (stamped from the Indian and Emirati authorities) and submit it to Immigration to show the proof of name change.
This will draw a nexus between your earlier named degree and your current passport having a new name.
Trust this will be handled by your company PRO while applying for the visa.
