I am resigning during my probationary period (completed 80 days) with 1 day notice. Am I eligible for leave salary and indemnity on a pro-rata basis?

I am a Bahraini citizen registered with GOSI working for a private company for 4 years and I will be resigning. How will my indemnity be calculated? 1/2 salary for the first three years and one full salary for the next year or something else?

I would like to ask a question. The employer terminated me in compliance with the notice period as per the agreement but without prior written warnings. Is this considered wrongful termination? Can I get my indemnity first before I file a case against the company?
