Q: My employer has terminated my employment with Clause 107 which was wrongly applied. What and how I can challenge this unlawful termination?

Q: I had joined a company 6 months back and now I have been terminated. the company has cancelled my CPR and visa on the 6th of July. They say that I have to exit Bahrain before the 6th of August. I hear that I can get my stay extended by paying an amount to the LMRA and get it extended for 1 more month. Please advice.

Q: Good day, Attorney I was called by our HR and said that they will not continue my contract and it will be finished within two months. They said they will just finish it and will not continue. Q: I completed my two-year contract in a construction company. I'd like to change the company because my current company is not paying salaries for the last 5 months and does not allow for a vacation. I got another job and I informed my current employer about that. The next day they renewed my visa and said to continue here and promised that on July 1st I can go for a vacation and the pending salaries will be paid before that. But still, they didn't send me and tell me next week. I am waiting for the vacation for the last 2 months. The main thing is that my father is sick in India and I informed them also but still they are doing this. Two days ago I went to the office to see my manager and ask for my passport and I said I want to continue. He said that we will decide once you come back and promised within two days. 1) If they failed to keep the promise, what action can I take against them? I don't like to continue here anymore. 2) I am worried that if they send me on a vacation, they will cancel my visa. What can I do from India?

Q: Hi, I used to work for a company under DMCC and my last day was on Dec 31, 2019. I signed my EOS one week before the said date as I had to leave the country. Then they asked me to continue working with them till the end of Feb 2020 remotely from the USA as they didn't find a replacement for me and I agreed as a favour to help them (I have emails as proof). When I asked them for a contract they told me it's fine we will continue with the same contract and pay you when your manager approves of your working hours and my manager approved all my work hours (I have emails as proof). Now the company is experiencing a financial problem and didn't pay me the last one week of Dec 2019 + January and Feb 2020, they keep asking me to wait until they got some money and pay me. Till now, I still have good relations with them, but the problem I feel the company will not recover as most of the employees including my manager filed cases and resigned because the company is not paying them.

Q: Hi, I would like to know as a Bahraini National after completing my contract period, do I need to have another written contract or the previous contract is automatically renewed? Thank you
