Procedure for releasing the passport of a guarantor from Sharjah Court

In this situation, according to our understanding, as it is a cheque bounce case, it is a criminal case and would be with the public prosecutor.

To renew your visa you should submit someone else’s passport as a guarantee (any friend or family) to the court.

After submitting the guarantor’s passport to the court, you will receive your passport.
