إنهاء عمل الموظف أثناء فترة الاختبار دون سبب

لقد بدأت العمل في وظيفة جديدة في 22 مايو. لقد طُلب مني توثيق شهادتي، الأمر الذي نفذته عن طريق إرسال الشهادة إلى المملكة المتحدة ثم قمت بإعادتها إلى إمارة دبي ووثقتها هنا.

لقد وقعت عقد العمل الخاص بي في 14 يونيو وكنت اعتقد أنهم بدأوا في إجراءات استخراج تأشيرتي.

بعد ذلك، طُردت من العمل في 30 يونيو دون سبب وجيه وتم تعيين شخص آخر ليحل محلّي في اليوم التالي.

سؤالي هو، هل قيامهم بذلك يعد أمرًا قانونيًا؟

An employment contract, whether limited or unlimited can be terminated without notice period by either party in accordance with the UAE Labour Law.

An employer can terminate an employment contract without notice and deprive the employee of his end of service gratuity if the latter:

- Is appointed under a probationary period and the dismissal occurred during or at the end of the said period for you are under a probationary period.

It's appalling that a company can fire for no reason, it seems the employee has no rights and companies can do what they want with no recourse.
