Engagement of a lawyer for legal representation in a labour case
Hi,
I am 11 salaries behind from my company. I am going to lodge a labour case with the local government office and wondered, is it possible to engage a lawyer to represent me as I might have to return to the UK and fight the case from there?

Dear,
Yes, you may return to your home country but you have to attend the court at the time of filing the labour complaint and secondly, you will have to issue POA in favour of the lawyer representing you.
You may contact me directly at 0509958770 for a free consultation over the phone.
