Dear Questioner,

From the above question, I assume that you have a favourable judgement from a court in a labour case and you have already filed an execution. Whether the execution notification has already been issued?

Well. If your employer still failed to make the deposit of deposit amount, please proceed with the next steps of execution such as attachment of bank guarantee, company assets, bank accounts, vehicles, properties...etc.

Please note that the final step is the apprehension of the manager of the company.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information, assistance or guidance on the above matter.

Thank you.
