Blocking visa processing in case of bounced cheque case

I was applying to sponsor my family but I noticed that there is a cheque bounce case registered on me by a finance house. What is the possible way out to settle this?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

You will need to clear the police case registered in your name, and thereafter, you can proceed with sponsoring a visa for the family.

Till the time the case is registered on the system, your visa process will be blocked.

I would advise that you first inspect the police records and then by yourself or by engaging a lawyer to proceed with clearing the case.

Please mention if the case is registered in the Emirate of Dubai and how much is the amount of the bounced cheque?

I trust you will find this helpful.

You can reach me on 052-9495731 or email for further assistance and clarification on clearing the case.

Regards,

Thanks for your kind advice.

But I don't know in which Emirate the case is registered. Cheque amount was AED 26,000 /- I already paid almost 50% of the card.

Unfortunately, I am collapsed financially and I requested them for settlement and repeatedly requested to let me know any reasonable amount for settlement but they were very adamant and didn't accept my request.

I am ready to settle at some reasonable point where I can afford to pay the amount. But they are not ready to give a figure.
