Visa stamping on passport while having a pending case
Hi
I got my employment visa and already changed the status (exit/entry). I'm on a bail due to a bank loan case (now I requested to forward my case to the court).
Can I apply for visa stamping on the passport? I heard if you have a current case, you are not allowed to stamp a visa on the passport. Is it correct?

You have heard right that your visa will not be stamped while you have a police/court case.
I would advise that you constantly follow up with the police to transfer the case and obtain clearance letter before you send your passport for stamping or you risk the passport being rejected.
