Request to pay visa expenses in a job offer

I understand your concern. Thanks for writing to me.

As per the UAE labour laws and related Ministerial decrees, it is illegal to ask the job seekers for the visa processing fee.

It is stipulated under the law that it is the responsibility of the employer to ask for job seekers to cover the visa expenses.

No genuine companies will ask for the same. I believe this is a fake offer. Please double check the authenticity.
