Thanks for contacting online.

As per the new procedure in the UAE labour law, the offer letter from a company is issued as the last page of the contract.

And once it is processed, the page with your acceptance signature forms a part of the labour contract.

If the offer letter which you received is one issued from the labour, then it's a genuine one. And if not, you have to check the veracity and validity of it.
