Filing a case against employer for labour rights and illegal activities

I am working here in Saif Zone Sharjah as a clerk. I am not getting my salary for the last 5 months, not even getting food allowance.

I have resigned from my company and they promised to send me all the dues on the same date as per resignation but it's not possible. They are taking signature on blank paper and blank debit voucher before joining.

The same mistake I have committed also because they told me they need a signature on blank paper for visa purpose and they'll return this paper after the visa is issued but they didn't.

I have all the evidence regarding all illegal activities which are being done by the company. They are torturing all staff and labours after taking signature on blank paper.

If somebody resigns, they are typing settlement and all dues on the blank paper.

Please guide me, I want to punish this type of people.

Regarding your salary, you need to submit a complaint in MOL so you get all your rights from them, and you also need to get your gratuity and your allowances.

And regarding their illegal activities, you can report it to the police.
