الشروع في اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية بسبب إنهاء الخدمة دون سبب
إنهاء بدون فترة إخطار
عملت في شركة لأكثر من 7 أشهر، وتم الانتهاء من فترة الاختبار. أنا على عقد غير محدد المدة.
ذكرت فترة إخطار مدتها ثلاثة أشهر في خطاب العرض الخاص بي وفي عقدي أيضًا، لكن تم إنهاء عقدي فجأة دون أي سبب.
هل ينبغي أن أحصل على راتب 3 أشهر إذا اتخذت الإجراء القانوني؟

The employer does not have the right to terminate your services.
Your rights are the following:
- Arbitrary dismissal allowance
- Vacation allowance 2 days for every month
- Notice period allowance
