Good day,
I just like to ask if I can go out of the country for a vacation, even without the approval of my employer since my vacation is just two days and I will be back as soon as possible.
In my contract, there is nothing saying that I can't travel during my contract. Is it okay, because I really miss my family?

I came here to Dubai with an employment e-visa last month, the 16th, and finished almost one month with the company.
I have an emergency at my home and I need to go for one week, please suggest how to approach the company.
I will return in one week, is it possible or I need to pay a compensation as per the UAE law?

Q: I worked in UAE for 2 years and 3 months, I've already taken my free vacation after my 2 yrs contract and I returned to work, but suddenly, some emergency happened at home, so I need to take emergency leave and go back home. But the problem is, after my emergency leave, I was unable to return to work.
I want to know if I have been blacklisted because of that?

Q: Hi,
My question is, can anyone travel/exit the country while only a work permit issued without stamping the visa?
I've entered the UAE on a 90 days visa, signed MOL Offer Letter with a company but now due to circumstances I need to travel back.
Kindly help if it is possible as per the UAE law.

The contract is signed and the visa is in progress. The visa is getting transferred from one employer to another.

I have done my medical for a visa. But my company didn't put my visa on the stamping process till now. Is there any way to hold my stamping process?
I got my medical insurance. But whenever I ask about my visa stamping and process, they say "you will get it today".
How do I know that they started the process or not yet?

I worked in my company for 8 years and was terminated on the same day specifying redundancy as the reason. The company paid me all the dues (1 month notice period salary, gratuity, and unpaid leave salary).
I want to know if I am eligible for 3 months termination salary benefit considering none of the other employees were terminated?
