Does UAE labour ban affect my freedom of travel?

Please note that the Ban resulting from early termination of a labor contract is a Ministry of Labor Ban. Which means that you will be banned for a certain period of time to work in the UAE or in a more accurate way, banned from getting approved by Ministry of Labor as an employee to any of the companies registered with Ministry of Labor where a work permit is necessary to get a Residency Permit.

So, for example in cases where you will get a job offer from a free zone authority where the MOL work permit is not needed then you can work freely. Such Ban has nothing to do with your freedom of travel out, through or into the country.
