The validity of termination sent to an employee via email
If one employee has been terminated through email and did not sign the letter, what can the employer do about it?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Please note that sending termination letter via email is valid under the UAE Labour Law. You may allow the employee to complete his notice period and proceed for cancellation of visa.
If the employee refuses to sign the physical letter, the termination via email will still hold good ground.
