الاعتداد برسالة إنهاء التعاقد المرسلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا تم إنهاء خدمة عامل عبر البريد الإلكتروني ولم يوقع على الرسالة، فما الذي يمكن لصاحب العمل القيام به حيال ذلك؟

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Please note that sending termination letter via email is valid under the UAE Labour Law. You may allow the employee to complete his notice period and proceed for cancellation of visa.
If the employee refuses to sign the physical letter, the termination via email will still hold good ground.
