Q: Dear Sirs, I have a long story but I will give you the "bottom line". I won a case with the Ministry of Labor (MOL) in December 2015. The company did not accept the MOL decision (Company owed me three months salary for early termination of a two-year contract). I went to the court and won. The company appealed and had the verdict overturned. I hired a lawyer in May 2016 and my case was to be heard by Cassation Court in November 2016. Q: We won a court case against a property developer in Dubai back in November of last year. The court has issued an order of execution against the real estate developers assets. It has been now more than 3 months that this order has been issued and our lawyer keeps saying that the court can't find the assets even though the real estate developer have a project in construction and has advertising on billboards, buses, gas stations all over the UAE. What can we do in this instance and how can we make sure that the order is executed and we get our money back?

Q: I am seeking compensation for damages from a company that used my name in fraud. I have finished the case until the appeal court and the execution court has ordered that the company assets and accounts be attached until they pay the sum required as per the judgement. The company has been closed since last year and has no more money left in the bank. If there are no more assets of the company I could go after since the company no longer exists, how else can I get justice aside from the words written on a few sheets of my case judgement paper? I've spent a lot and exerted a lot of effort seeking justice for myself, and when it is time to collect what the judge has determined what I should have, apparently there is nothing left. س: رفعت قضية في تحكيم الشارقة بخصوص عقار لمرور سنتين على موعد التسليم والعقار ما زال قيد الإنشاء. حكم التحكيم في صالحنا. بعد فتح ملف التنفيذ، رفع المطوِّر دعوى بطلان حكم التحكيم وحددت جلسة وكان السبب لرفع القضية عدم تسجيل العقد في هيئة الأراضي ولكن حكمت محكمة الاستئناف لصالحنا بسبب وجود شرط التحكيم في العقد. الآن المطور رفع قضية أخرى في محكمة التنفيذ المدنية - دعوى تصديق على أحكام المحكمين. السؤال: ما معنى دعوى تصديق على أحكام المحكمين؟ وما يجب توقعه؟ وهل يمكن للخِصم الاستئناف مرة أخرى؟ متى تنتهي إمكانيتهم في الاستئناف؟ شكرًا!

Q: I have a real estate property case, the project is incomplete and has passed the grace period. I filed a court case and won and after 30 days filed an execution. However, I have not received the funds. I applied for so many requests on the court portal for execution and getting the funds from the developer escrow account but keeps getting rejected. Just want to know what request I am supposed to apply for, maybe I have been raising the wrong ones. I called DLD and they said they need the court to instruct them to release the amount.
