Checking the reasons to employment visa rejection
Sir
My name is Arunkumar.
I was working in Dubai 1 year before. My visa was already cancelled, but now I will try a new employment visa.
This time it was not issued and he is telling me I have no security clearance. I have no author problems in Dubai.
Can you help me? What is the reason?

Dear Questioner,
There are several reasons why the Department of Immigration will reject an individual’s visa application for “Security Reasons”. This includes:
• Name matches a person who is blacklisted from entering the UAE;
• Unskilled profession stated in the passport;
• Mistakes in the visa application form;
• Handwritten or invalid passport;
• Documents submitted are not clear or blurred;
• Previously applied for a UAE visa but did not visit the country;
• A previous criminal record;
• Bad travel history; and
• Bad residency history.
From the brief information you provided below, it seems that your previous visa applications may have been rejected for “Security Reasons” because your name matches someone who is banned from entering the UAE, or any other reason.
Unfortunately, as you know, if a UAE government office rejects a visa, for any reason, they are not obliged to disclose the specifics of their decision and no one has the right to request this information. Such information is also never disclosed to a third party.
I believe going forward, your best option is for us to go directly to the Department of Immigration on your behalf and attempt to remove your name from the blacklist manually in a process called “Conflict Name Clearing”.
In order for us to do this and give you legal representation before the Department of Immigration, we’ll need a Power of Attorney (POA) from you, allowing us to act on your behalf.
I will explain to you the procedure in case you wish to continue with this service.
In case you wish to proceed, please let me know and send me your passport copy, visa and Emirates ID on my email address rg@elnaggarlegal.com.
Best regards,
Raluca Gatina.
