How to check reasons for rejecting entry to the UAE
The last time I tried to enter the UAE, I was stopped and returned. I have lived in Abu Dhabi for 32 years. I am of Pakistani origin but hold Canadian citizenship/passport.
I am planning to travel again. I checked with the Dubai Police/Ministry of Interior and both provided me with Police Clearance Certificate & Clearance Certificate.
Does it confirm that I have no issue as I enter or I need to check with Immigration? Can you help?
Tried to select Canada as a country but not found, so left it as the UAE.
Dear Questioner,
Absolutely, we can assist you to get the reason beyond the rejection of entering the UAE.
First of all, you have to provide us with a copy of any related documents like PCC which you already have to our email so then we can review it carefully.
Secondly, we have to draft POA in bilingual Arabic/English and send it to you to notarize it by the notary public located in your city and then attest it by the UAE embassy afterwards send us the original copy.
Once we receive the POA, we will be able to proceed with the criminal system checking and immigration system check.
That will show us what is your exact issue and how we are going to resolve it properly to enter the UAE freely.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks.
