We outsourced a project to a subcontractor, but the project was delayed beyond the completion date, which affected us. Is it possible to claim compensation if there were no clauses in the contract to claim for delays?

Hi I have a question. Last week, I settled my debt under the Amicable Settlement Center in Dubai Courts. The plaintiff acknowledged the receipt of the total payment from me. However, it was also stipulated in the amicable settlement that the plaintiff needed to make sure the travel ban against me had to be cancelled immediately. However, now one week later, he still hasn’t lifted the travel ban and isn’t responding to my call/message. As I need to travel, I would like to know: 1. What can I do myself and how? 2. Is there any way I can make sure he honours his part of the settlement with urgency, as I need to travel next week? Please advise. Thank you

Hello, My brother's brother-in-law was arrested at Fujairah Airport, as he was carrying 25 bottles (each of 10 Grams) of new shama kamini vidrawan ras. This is an ayurvedic formulation that promotes sexual wellness. The ingredients help to enhance libido in men. As he (brother's brother-in-law) informed police that my brother asked him to carry this ayurvedic medicine, as he (my brother) wanted to gift it to his few friends, as this is cheaper in India. As of now, both my brother and his brother-in-law are arrested by police stating that this medicine contains drugs and is kept in Fujairah Central Jail. It's been more than 15 days since my brother's brother-in-law (arrested on 26th June), and more than one week since my brother's arrest (6th July). Hello, I'm in the process of buying an apartment. The apartment was listed as a 2-bed, and when I asked to see the floor plan, it was marked as a 1-bed. I was told by the agent that this was a mistake/mislabel and that the seller is trying to get it fixed. In the process of obtaining the NOC from the developer, the apartment was again listed as a 1-bed, and when I asked for it to be updated, the developer mentioned that the apartment is officially registered as a 1-bed. Since it was spacious, it was offered as an internal modification, but the official classification is 1-bed and that can't be changed. I checked with the DLD, and the apartment is registered as a 1-bed as well. I was not aware of any modifications and was not told any of this by the agent when signing Form F. Are the above facts grounds for me to back out of the deal, or does the classification not matter in this case?

There is no divorce law in the Philippines, and even if there were, it would take a significant amount of time and money. Could you please advise if I can file for divorce in the UAE through the Family Court or Sharia Court? What are the chances that my divorce will be granted?
