أصدرت الدائرة المدنية والتجارية الرابعة بمحكمة التعقيب، برئاسة السيد منصف الكشو وعضوية المستشارين السيدة نجوى الغربي والسيد محمد المعز العروسي، القرار التعقيبي المدني عدد 76935 في 11 نوفمبر 2020، وهو قرار غير منشور.
