As far as I know, they need to serve a formal notarized notice, stamped by the courts and delivered by Aramex, Emirates post or any registered mail/postal services for us to vacate the property. س: السلام عليكم، أرجو التوضيح! من المعلوم أن الاتفاق أمام التوجيه الأسري وفق المادة 16 الفقرة الثانية يعتبر سندًا تنفيذيًا ولا يجوز الطعن فيه، ولكن أيضًا النفقة ذات حجية متغيرة ويُراعَى فيها الزمان والمكان، فهل إذا اتفق الطرفان على مبلغ نفقة لا يحق لأحدهما طلب الزيادة أو النقصان بعد مرور سنة؟
