How can I clear the cases filed by the bank for unpaid loan due to job loss?
Hi,
I was in the UAE and lost my job in 2016. I left with a credit of less than 300000 as I can't pay without the job so I came back.
I want to know how I can clear my fine or cases now as I came to know from someone that I had a fine of 22000 dirhams.
What if I pay the fine? Does it mean that all the cases will be closed?
You can contact me by email.
Regards

The fine is for clearing criminal cases. If you pay the fine, the criminal case will be closed.
But the bank will file a civil case to recover the money, and they will also apply for a travel ban, which will be closed only when you pay the full loan amount with interest.
Definitely, you have also cases because of the credit card. We can undertake a complete inspection of all UAE systems for you to determine the root cause of that in your profile and recommend the best approach to resolve it.
