How to approach the judge and explain to him the actual incidents of a case?
Q: I was punished in Ajman. It was stated in the judgment that the complainant said that I introduced myself as the General Manager of the company and convinced him to make a deal and take a cheque on 27 July 2023. The actual manager of the company was the same as the owner of the company (another person). He made that agreement and gave the cheque on 10 June 2023 not 27 July 2023. I have written this now in my defense paper but how to let the judge know about this point verbally? Please tell me the exact words. I have to tell the translator and he will tell the judge.

Q: My company has a dispute with a maintenance company. Their actions and poor service caused us financial losses and damaged our reputation. We owe them a small amount of AED 1300 only. We also have proof of all the losses that we incurred. This maintenance company now bombarding my Google account with defamation reviews. How can I know the reasons for rejecting my Golden Visa four times?
Q: Nationality: British Born: Sialkot, Pakistan I have now applied for the Golden Visa four times (once from Sharjah and three times from Dubai), but the "committee" rejected my applications despite my meeting all salary and academic requirements. We visited Al Jaffiliya and Awir centers multiple times. They advised me that my applications were always approved by the Golden Visa office and Immigration, but they were rejected by the "committee." There is never any reason mentioned in the system, so immigration assumes it is rejected by the "security department". There is no ban or any bad past immigration history. My name is a common Pakistani name, and it matches a few other people in their system, but they think it has nothing to do with a name mismatch. I am on a valid work visa and my visa gets renewed every 2 years without issue. My family (wife & 3 kids) have also been living here in Dubai with me for the last 8 years. Somebody filed a complaint against me and is not answering calls. Can I request the police to close the case?
Q: A verbal abuse complaint was filed against me. Though there is no witness and no direct evidence, there are a few indirect WhatsApp messages that may be open to interpretation and were provided by the complainant. The police filed a case and seized my phone. It has now been over 3 months. The police transferred to the public prosecutor. However, the case was returned with a recommendation for settlement or moving to a one-day court. The complainant refused to settle before and now does not answer the police calls when they try to get the complainant to sign the notice for one one-day court hearing so this can move forward. I am following up with the police every week but there is no progress. What can be done now? Can I request the police to close the case or move it to one-day court regardless? What are my options?
