Q: Dear Sir/Madam, In our real estate case, we`ve requested contract performance followed by compensation. 4-5 months later, an expert was appointed, and during a hearing, the defendant stated on record that he isn`t willing to sell to us. We urgently need to buy a house, but the case is dragging. Is it too late to change our request from contract performance to compensation only, considering he isn`t willing to sell anyway? Q: Good afternoon I`ve been working in a private company for about a year now, and my boss is not getting my ID because it has a fine, since he made the wrong procedure for my visa. When I am sick, it`s too hard for me because I don`t have an ID and I don`t have insurance. Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My contract is for 2 years, limited. I resigned after 1 year and 5 months. The company asked me to cover medical insurance, labor insurance, visa status change, and Emirates ID charges. Am I liable to pay this amount to the company? Please let me know the calculation of the leave salary. Is the calculation based only on basic salary and HRA allowance or the full salary including all allowances?
