How to settle a rent default case now that I have the ability to pay?

Visa rejection due to pending RDC case: Does NOC exempt overstay?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I had a pending RDC case, which resulted in the rejection of my visa renewal/new visa application. I obtained an NOC from the court for visa application on November 21st. However, when my company processed my visa renewal, it showed a 45-day overstay. How can I exempt this overstay? I am getting a new job after 18 months.

How can we file a cheque case against the company of a client in Jordan with head office in the UAE?
Q: Dears, We have supplied goods to a Jordan-based garment manufacturer with their head office in Sharjah free zone and banking in the UAE mainly (the Jordan factory is mortgaged by UAE bank). So I need to know if there is a treaty between the UAE and Jordan for bounced cheques in Jordan that are issued by the bank in Jordan (the owner is based in the UAE). Please advise Thanks

An employee faces fabricated legal action after resigning. What to do?
Q: Hello Sir/ Ma’am, I worked at an automotive trading company, but due to personal issues, I had to resign. I served the proper notice period and left the organization in October 2023. After leaving my job, I offered an additional 5 days to assist if still they had any queries. Ten days later, I requested them to settle my Full and Final (F&F) dues and cancel my visa. However, I received no reply. After a final reminder, they informed me that I had to rejoin the company, or they would file a legal complaint against me. In response, I lodged a complaint with the labor authorities. When the labor department contacted my former employer, they filed a false complaint alleging loss and damage caused by me. I would appreciate your advice on how to handle this fabricated complaint.2023/11/27

Termination before the end of a labor contract. Am I entitled to compensation?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I was terminated and provided with a three-month notice period in accordance with my employment contract. However, the contract is fixed-term (following a switch from an unlimited-term contract) and the termination occurs before the end of this contract`s two-year term. I would like to inquire whether I am entitled to compensation equivalent to three months` salary, as I have read in the federal labor law. Additionally, the termination letter did not specify the reason for my termination. Thanks a lot!

What can I do with the property seller who failed to do the transfer as per the MOU?
Q: Hello, I signed a contract Form F with the seller through an agent on 1st Aug 2023. He was supposed to finish the transfer on 16th October but he did not do the transfer. The property was 90% completed at the time of making the contract and he assured us that in one month he would finish the property. I sent him the legal notice on 16th Oct 2023 which is the last date of the MOU. After the date of expiry of the contract, he is demanding more money. We agreed verbally on the new price but still, he avoids making a new MOU. He puts all the clauses in his favor removing the main clause that if he backs out, there will be no penalty.

Q: I took a friendly loan amounting to 3000 from my friend 3 years back, which I paid back a few days ago in cash as he was a friend. Now, he is in desperate need of money and wants me to sell data to which I said no and I started avoiding taking his calls or answering him on WhatsApp. He kept on asking for the payment which I already paid only a few days back. Now he has filed a police complaint stating mental harassment due to non-payment of the friendly loan. He is using the WhatsApp messages that were sent before I paid the money. What can I do now?
