What if my employer does not renew my visa or provide a termination letter?

I am working in Abu Dhabi, and my residence visa and work permit will expire next week. For personal reasons, my supervisor says he will not renew my visa and has no intention of submitting a termination letter for my contract.
My question is: what happens next if my employer does not renew my visa or provide me with a termination letter?
I am still reporting to work daily and fulfilling my duties.

If an employer fails to renew an employee's visa or provide a termination letter, the employee has the right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE).
Dear questioner,
If your employer is not proceeding with renewal, he is obligated to provide you with the termination letter specifying the particular reason for termination and also clear all the pending dues along with procedures for cancellation of visa and labor card.
If he is not renewing your visa and not serving you the termination letter, then you can report this to MOHRE.
