The court appointed an expert, but the expert ignored his evidence. he showed that a key page of the contract (stating job loss insurance) was missing from the bank’s submission. The bank told the expert the credited amount was a “loan write-off,” but gave no proof. The expert never investigated his findings. I need advice on whether this verdict can be appealed and whether it’s worth pursuing further. My friend is in India now
