س: مرحبًا،
لقد ذهبت إلى دولة الإمارات في عام 2019 بموجب تأشيرة عمل بصحبة زوجي. أثناء إجراء الفحوصات الطبية، وجدوا ندوبًا على رئتي. لقد أجريت اختبار " كوانتيفرون الذهبي" بشكلٍ خاص، لكنهم لم يمنحوني فرصة للمناقشة وطلبوا مني مغادرة البلاد في غضون شهر بعد فحص شبكية العين.
بالنظر إلى أنني لم أستطع البقاء في إمارة دبي ولم يكن لدي وظيفة في متناول اليد لأن صاحب العمل كان يصر على أن أغادر دولة الإمارات في غضون 4-5 أيام وإلا سيتم إلغاء ترخيصه التجاري، عدت واستقريت في الهند بلدي الأم. عدت إلى الهند وأجريت كافة الاختبارات.
لم أصب بالسل مطلقًا - نشطًا أو غير نشط. تعود ندبات الرئة إلى حالة غير مرتبطة تمامًا تسمى الساركويد وهو مرض مناعي ذاتي غير معدي.
أحصل في الوقت الحالي على عروض عمل في إمارة دبي مرة أخرى. إذا كنت أرغب في التقدم مرة أخرى ومحاولة الحصول على تأشيرة عمل، هل ستُظهر الإجراءات أنني حصلت على رفض مرة سابقة؟

Q: Can I get a UAE visa if I've had syphilis but received treatment?
Adequately treated with one dose of Benzathine Penicillin in 2020.
No longer infectious. However, residual serology may remain positive (result: non-reactive).
Should I certify the medical report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in my country?
Please advise me accordingly.

However, I would like to ensure that I can legally receive and withdraw approximately AED 15,000 per month into my UAE bank account without raising any suspicion from the bank.
My main concerns are:
I am a forex trader and earn money through cryptocurrency, which I then exchange into fiat currency (AED). How can I ensure that the process of depositing this income into my bank account is transparent and compliant with UAE laws to avoid any issues with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations?
Since I do not have a formal job or salary, how should I go about documenting or explaining my income to the bank to avoid any red flags regarding the source of my funds?
Are there any specific steps I need to take to ensure my deposits are compliant?

My landlord has sent me an eviction notice, which I received on 14 August 2024. The reasons are:
- For personal use or close relatives.
- For sale.
Now, my landlord is pressuring me to move out at the end of my contract on 30 April 2025. I am aware that the eviction notice must be served 12 months before the eviction date. In this case, the vacating date must be 14 August 2025.
For context: last year, three months before my tenancy renewal, my landlord sent me an email informing me that I had to move out on 30 April 2024. I objected, as there was no official 12-month eviction notice served through a notary public or registered mail.
Based on this, I renewed my contract at RDC for another year on the same terms.
Today, the landlord is telling me that because he informed me of his intention through email more than a year ago, he can now evict me at the end of this contract, on 30 April 2025, and not wait until the legal notice period ends on 14 August 2025.
What are my rights?
