لدينا تأشيرات تابعة لإحدى الشركات في المنطقة الحرة بأم القيوين، والتي لا تمارس أي نشاط.
نحن مقيمون في إمارة دبي: ماذا سيكون وضع تأشيرتنا السارية لمدة عامين إذا لم نجدد ترخيص الشركة؟
هل لا يزال بإمكاننا الاحتفاظ بالتأشيرات؟ والسؤال الثاني، هل سيكون الحصول على تأشيرات جديدة في إمارة دبي حلاً أسهل وأرخص؟

How can I renew my partner visa if the license of my company has expired two years ago?
Q: My friend and I are using a partner visa. Due to some needs, the business didn't continue. He was in Abu Dhabi while I was in Dubai.
Without telling me, he left UAE in August this year and our license has not been renewed for the past two years. It has expired and my visa has expired too.
What do I do to cancel my visa and get an employment visa?

س: أنا صاحب شركة منطقة حرة.
لقد تم إلغاء تأشيرة إقامتي في شهر أكتوبر 2019 لأنني لم أعد إلى دولة الإمارات في غضون ستة أشهر من تاريخ زيارتي الأخيرة.
أريد العودة إلى دولة الإمارات لتجديد الترخيص التجاري والتقديم مرة أخرى للحصول على تأشيرة إقامة جديدة.
في ظل هذه الظروف، هل سيُسمح لي بدخول دولة الإمارات؟

Now he is not answering the phone, and the property is still in use.

My rent cheque was bounced, and my landlord filed a case against me in Sharjah Court. I received a fine of 2,000 AED, which was later reduced to 1,000 AED upon appeal.
Does this case count as a criminal conviction under UAE law, or was it handled as a civil matter?
If I apply for a U.S. visa, will I need to submit court records under the requirement for applicants with past convictions?

What penalties will they face if they want to come back after 1 year or after some months and not to the same company?
