س: لقد رفعت قضية جنائية بسبب التعرض للعنف المنزلي الجسدي والتشهير والتهديدات الموجهة لي في ديسمبر 2018. بعد سلسلة طويلة من الإجراءات في النيابة العامة وجمع الأدلة بالإضافة إلى شهادة الشهود، أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية حكمًا ضد المتهم بالسجن ثلاثة أشهر والترحيل وغرامة 10 آلاف في نوفمبر 2019. استأنف المتهم القضية، وأصبح "بريئًا" من كافة التهم الثلاث. تقدمت بطلب للنيابة العامة لإعادة الاستئناف وإحالته إلى محكمة النقض. ولكنهم أرسلوا لي رسالة نصية قصيرة يخبروني  بالرفض بعد يوم واحد من تقديم الطلب. كيف يمكن أن يحدث هذا؟ من المفترض أن تكون النيابة العامة هي المدافع عني في هذه القضية. لم أعد أشعر بالأمان بصفتي امرأة عزباء تعيش هنا. ليس من السهل عليّ المغادرة لأن لديّ أطفال يذهبون إلى المدرسة هنا وقد هددهم أيضًا. أريد أن أعرف ما إذا كانت هناك أي إجراءات يمكنني اتخاذها لجعل محاكم النقض تأخذ الأمر على محمل الجد وتنظر في ملف القضية مرة أخرى.
