أكتب إليكم لطلب التوجيه بشأن معضلة إلغاء تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بي.
قبل شهرين، وضعني صاحب العمل في إجازة غير طوعية وغير مدفوعة الأجر بسبب قيود العمل، وقد تم إبلاغي بذلك شفهيًا.
مؤخرًا، حصلت على وظيفة جديدة، وأعرب صاحب العمل الجديد عن حاجتي إلى نقل تأشيرتي تحت رعايته.
على الرغم من الطلبات المتكررة لصاحب العمل السابق لإلغاء تأشيرتي، فقد تأخرت باستمرار بوعود "غدًا" لمدة شهر تقريبًا.
في ضوء هذه الظروف، لدي مخاوف أساسية:
1. ما هي التدابير التي يمكنني اتخاذها لتسريع إلغاء تأشيرتي القديمة؟ هل يجب أن أفكر في الإبلاغ عن هذا التأخير للسلطات المعنية مثل شرطة دبي أو محكمة دبي؟

أنا أعمل في شركة مقرها أبو ظبي. لي ثلاثة أشهر من الرواتب المعلقة منذ ديسمبر 2021. وهذا الشهر هو الشهر الرابع.
حصلت على وظيفة جديدة وقدمت استقالتي عبر البريد بتاريخ 24 فبراير 2022. الآن تقول الشركة إن نظام حماية الأجور الخاص بهم محظور ويمكنهم إلغاء تأشيرتي عن طريق دفع غرامة.
ولكن يجب أن أوقع على أنني استلمت جميع المستحقات المعلقة، ثم سيقومون بدفع مستحقاتي المعلقة عندما يتلقون أموالاً من العميل.
هل هناك أي فرصة للانضمام إلى شركتي الجديدة دون أي مشكلة؟
إذا ذهبت إلى المحكمة العمالية، هل يمكنني الحصول على مستحقاتي المعلقة على الفور؟
كم سيكلف هذا الأمر؟

My company brought me to Dubai on a visit visa, and after two months, they provided me with a work visa. However, they have been holding my passport. I recently submitted my resignation, but they are refusing to accept it.
I am hesitant to approach MOHRE since I initially worked for two months on a visit visa. However, the visit visa was arranged and sponsored by the company, including the flight ticket.
My contract includes a three-month notice period, but I do not want to return to my home country; I simply want to leave this toxic work environment. What would be the best way to handle this situation?
I am currently working in Dubai under my company's work visa. After my resignation, my visa will be canceled.
I want to explore other career opportunities in Dubai. How can I extend my stay beyond 30 days?
After 30 days, can I stay on a visit visa? If so, how can I apply for one? Do I need to return to my home country to obtain a visit visa and then re-enter Dubai?

I was evicted from my apartment to be sold but it was gifted and rented at a higher price. What can I do? 0
I was evicted from my apartment after living there for five years. My landlord informed me a year in advance that the lease would not be renewed because he intended to sell the property.
Prior to this, he attempted to impose a rent increase that was not compliant with RERA regulations, which I refused to accept. He then served me with an official Dubai Court eviction notice, citing the need to take back the property for sale.
Five months after I moved out, I discovered the property was rented out at a much higher price. Upon further investigation, I found that the ownership was transferred as a "Gift" rather than a sale.
This makes it seem like the eviction was only to raise the rent rather than a genuine need to sell.
Do I have a valid case for wrongful eviction against my landlord?
Also, under Dubai law, does transferring ownership as a "Gift" hold the same legal grounds as selling in justifying eviction?
