How can I claim my share of an LLC after selling it to a partner who hasn't paid?

Dear Lawyers,

I was a partner in an LLC company for 6 months with a 33 percent share. I just sold my share, but my partner has not given me anything. I signed in good faith.

I sent my investment in the beginning through a bank transfer. Can I claim this?

I sent him a message on WhatsApp stating the amount due; he read it but didn’t reply.

Dear Questioner,

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding your situation!

Based on the details you've provided, it seems that your partner has not fulfilled his obligation to compensate you for your share in the LLC, despite your good faith in signing the documents.

The fact that you have evidence of your investment through bank transfers and a record of your communication via WhatsApp can be crucial in pursuing a claim.

You may have legal grounds to recover the amount due to you, and I can assist you in evaluating your case and taking the necessary steps to seek justice.

This might involve sending a formal legal notice to your partner, initiating legal proceedings, or negotiating a settlement.

To discuss your situation in more detail and explore the best course of action, please feel free to reach out to me directly via WhatsApp or phone at [--------].

Hello dear questioner,

Yes, if you have proof such as WhatsApp messages or an agreement contract, we can file a lawsuit to claim your investment.

Also, if you have the payment receipt, it will also be proof.

For further discussion, please share your WhatsApp number.

Dear Questioner,

You can use a WhatsApp message as evidence in your case, but its effectiveness depends on several factors:

- Message Validity:

Ensure the message you sent is clear and explicitly states that the amount was due. It should contain detailed information about the amount and the due date.

- Additional Evidence:

In addition to the WhatsApp message, it's advisable to gather any supporting documents or evidence, such as proof of bank transfers and details of the contract or agreement that specifies the repayment of the amount.

- Strength of the Message as Legal Evidence:

In courts, electronic messages are evaluated based on their authenticity and context. While a WhatsApp message can be a good piece of evidence, it's better to have additional evidence to support your case.

If you need further assistance or clarification, you can contact us for specialized legal advice tailored to your situation.

Alternatively, you can leave your phone number, and the relevant department of the law firm will reach out to you.
