Q: I have worked for a free zone company for over 7 years. The company provided me with a share and changed my visa from a Fujairah free zone to a Dubai free zone during the 7-year duration.
My salary has changed from 6.5k to 25k in these 7 years. If I resign, I am aware I'm entitled to some benefits.
Can I have any guidance on this?

لدي مشكلة مع جهة عملي حاليًا، ولا يقومون بدفع التسوية النهائية الخاصة بي ولا مكافأة نهاية الخدمة أو البدلات.
لقد اتبعت الاجراءات الصحيحة للاستقالة، لقد أديت العمل بمستوىً عالٍ خلال السنتين والعشرة أشهر الماضية، والآن فقط وبعد آخر موعد لي ( الأول من يونيو )، ردوا عليّ بأنهم يرغبون في تعليق المبلغ الخاص بي.
يتذرعون بقولهم أنهم يشعرون أنني قد خرقت بند عدم الإفشاء الخاص بهم في العقد. أنا أفهم أن هذا هو أمر منفصل تمامًا عن أي من المستحقات النهائية، ولهذا فقد رفعت الأمر إلى مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة ( حيث أنهم شركة في مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة ).
كيف يمكنني أن أجعلهم يدفعون إلي مستحقاتي النهائية ويقومون بإلغاء تأشيرتي حتى أستطيع إكمال حياتي في دبي أو مغادرتها إذا أردت ذلك؟ لدي فقط 30 يومًا حتى أستطيع أن أنتقل إلى شركة جديدة ولا أريد الخوض في مشكلة.

س: ما المدة التي يجب أن ننتظر فيها دفع مكافأة نهاية الخدمة وإلغاء التأشيرة، وقيام الشركة بإصدار تذكرة السفر للعودة إلى الوطن؟
تلقينا خطابات بإخطار مدته 30 يومًا لإنهاء العقد. انتهى العقد في 18 أكتوبر 2018.
جعلتنا الشركة نوقع على خطاب أجازة بدون راتب، تحسبًا في حالة استلام المزيد من العمل. طلب من مغادرة الإمارات.
نحن لا نزال ننتظر أن يتم دفع مستحقات نهاية الخدمة لنا. توفر لنا الشركة إقامة ولكن لا توجد أموال لنفقات المعيشة.
ماذا يجب أن نفعل؟

My rent cheque was bounced, and my landlord filed a case against me in Sharjah Court. I received a fine of 2,000 AED, which was later reduced to 1,000 AED upon appeal.
Does this case count as a criminal conviction under UAE law, or was it handled as a civil matter?
If I apply for a U.S. visa, will I need to submit court records under the requirement for applicants with past convictions?

If a bank has filed an execution cheques case through the Dubai Courts. Is a travel ban automatically applied?
A bank has filed an execution cheques case through the Dubai Courts due to nonpayment of a personal loan and credit card.
Is a travel ban automatically applied?
I looked on the Dubai Courts website, and it says the judge has issued a “reserved” order for my case.
Furthermore, when the bank emails, they threaten me with a travel ban. So I am assuming there is no travel ban issued (but I don’t know). I haven’t received any notice of a travel ban.
If there is a travel ban, how do I find out?
I have checked the Dubai police app, and there are no financial crimes against me.
Please advise if you know.
