Can I enter the UAE again if I had an absconding case that I cleared before I left the country?
Hello!
I had an absconding case before in the UAE but I left the country cleared. My question is can I enter the UAE again?
I already cleared my absconding case before I went back to the Philippines.
The person I spoke to over the phone who's in the UAE now, told me that they can't give me a visa for now.
Any legal advice, please?
The only solution, dear questioner, is that any person must submit to you a job offer issued by the Ministry of Labor and Workers and submit it to the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs to submit a request for asylum.
To help with this, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp.
Hello,
While there is a good chance you can enter UAE again, it is best to confirm with MOHRE that your absconding case is truly cleared.
Try contacting the UAE immigration directly to understand why you are currently ineligible for a visa. For further clarification, please share your Whatsapp number.
Dear Questioner,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Regarding the above, we would like to inform you that according to UAE law, an individual who has previously been involved in an absconding case may face difficulties in obtaining a visa to enter the country again.
This is because absconding is considered a serious offense in the UAE and can result in a ban from entering the country.
However, if you have already cleared your absconding case and have a valid reason for returning to the UAE, you may be able to obtain a visa.
It is recommended that you consult with a lawyer or contact the UAE embassy in your country for further guidance on your specific situation.
Additionally, it is important to note that even if you are able to obtain a visa, you may still face questioning and scrutiny at the airport upon arrival.
It is important to have all the necessary documents and evidence to support your reason for returning to the UAE.
Overall, it is best to seek legal advice and follow the proper procedures to ensure a smooth entry into the UAE.
Kindly feel free to contact us by phone or email for further guidance.

Dear questioner
If you have cleared absconding and any other penalties, then you can enter into UAE again.
However, if you are unable to obtain a visa right now then we need to check a travel ban check to know the reason behind the same and sort it out.
If you need further clarification, please share your Whatsapp number.

I understand your concern about re-entering the UAE after having a previous absconding case. Here are some points to consider and steps you could take:
1. Legal Status: If you have resolved the absconding case before leaving the country and have cleared any legal issues associated with it, you may not face legal consequences for the previous incident upon re-entering the UAE.
2. Visa Approval: The decision to grant a visa for entry into the UAE is typically at the discretion of the immigration authorities. If you have a record of absconding, even if resolved, this may affect visa issuance, as immigration officials may view this history as a risk factor.
3. Consult a Lawyer: It's advisable to consult with a legal expert specializing in UAE immigration law. To provide guidance on your specific situation, review any documentation related to the resolved absconding case, and advise you on the best course of action for re-entering the UAE.
4. Documentation: Ensure you have all necessary documentation related to the resolved absconding case, such as clearance certificates, legal documents confirming the case closure, or any relevant communication from UAE authorities, to present as proof of the resolution if needed.
5. Immigration Authorities: You may consider directly contacting the UAE immigration authorities or the nearest UAE embassy or consulate to inquire about your visa eligibility and any specific requirements or procedures for individuals with resolved absconding cases.
6. Alternative Options: If re-entering the UAE presents challenges due to the previous absconding case, you could explore alternative options such as applying for a visa to other countries in the region as a transit point or for employment opportunities.
7. Patience and Persistence: Sometimes visa processes can be complex and time-consuming. It may be beneficial to exercise patience and persistence while navigating the procedures and communicating with the relevant authorities.
Given the unique circumstances of your case, seeking personalized legal advice from an experienced lawyer familiar with UAE immigration laws and procedures would be the most effective way to address your concerns and determine the best course of action for re-entering the UAE.
If the absconding case is cleared and one year has passed, you shouldn't have a problem obtaining a visa, unless there are other reasons.
You may conduct a check on your current status in the UAE.
Please send us an email, we will guide you through the process.
Thank you!
