Is it legal to invite to the General Assembly Meeting it by email instead of a registered letter?
I have an FZ company with my partner.
In the MOA, it is written that for the General Assembly Meeting, the partners have to be informed about the date of the meeting through a registered letter to the address registered in the List of Partners.
However, my partner asked me (by WhatsApp) not to send the meeting announcement through a registered letter to his address.
Is it legal to send it by email instead of a registered letter?

The invitation may be sent by e-mail, but the e-mail must be stipulated in the articles of incorporation or the partner must respond to the e-mail confirming receipt of the e-mail and his knowledge of the time and date of the meeting.

Every partner is obliged to follow it. If there are special circumstances in which these conditions have to be changed, then it should be accepted by all the partners.
Their mutual consent is required in this case. If it is accepted, then it's legal to send the notification through registered mail.
