صباح الخير،
فيما يتعلق بقضيتي العمالية في أبو ظبي، حصلت على حكم من المحكمة العام الماضي أبريل 2021. حتى الآن، لم تتخذ المحكمة أي إجراء.
ماذا أفعل في هذا الوضع؟
المحامي الخاص بي أيضًا غير قادر على فعل أي شيء.

ما هي إجراءات الحصول على المبلغ المحكوم به في قضية عمالية
س: لقد تحصلت على حكم بمبلغ يزيد عن 150 ألف درهم إماراتي.
هل يجب أن أنتظر حتى تتصل بي الشركة للدفع أم أنها ستدفع للمحكمة وستدفع لي المحكمة؟
هل يجب علي الانتظار لمدة 30 يومًا ثم تقديم طلب للتنفيذ؟
أم أذهب إلى العضيد؟

كيف يتم استلام مبلغ الحكم العمالي بعد دفعه من قبل صاحب العمل إلى المحكمة؟
س: سيدي العزيز،
انتهت القضية وصدر الحكم منذ شهرين. لقد قام صاحب العمل بإيداع الأموال منذ 50 يومًا وتم إلغاء تأشيرتي الآن.
لكنني لم أتلق الشيك من المحكمة. أنا متواجد بصورة غير قانونية الآن لأنه مضى أكثر من 3 أشهر منذ انتهاء تأشيرتي.
هل يجب علي دفع غرامة البقاء بتأشيرة منتهية الصلاحية؟
ومتى يجب أن أستلم الشيك؟
يقولون إنني سأتلقى رسالة ولكن مر وقت طويل الآن ولم أتلقى أي رسالة أو مكالمة.

Now he is not answering the phone, and the property is still in use.

Does this case count as a criminal conviction under UAE law, or was it handled as a civil matter?
