How can I stop my husband from divorcing me in India and cancelling visas to escape alimony?
My husband is forcing me to go back to India because he doesn't want to divorce me here in the UAE.
I recently launched a complaint against him in the family court because he doesn't fulfill my and my children's expenses.
He said he would divorce me in India. He has resigned from his job and started visa cancellation for us.
What can I do to stop him from running back?
He's planning to go back for a while and then he will come back to the UAE alone again.

If you have already filed a complaint against him, then you may follow up with the court procedures.
If you get a verdict in your favor, then he will be responsible for paying here in the UAE.
Upon execution, you can request a travel ban as well. So he can not exit from the UAE.
