أكتب إليكم لطلب التوجيه بشأن معضلة إلغاء تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بي.
قبل شهرين، وضعني صاحب العمل في إجازة غير طوعية وغير مدفوعة الأجر بسبب قيود العمل، وقد تم إبلاغي بذلك شفهيًا.
مؤخرًا، حصلت على وظيفة جديدة، وأعرب صاحب العمل الجديد عن حاجتي إلى نقل تأشيرتي تحت رعايته.
على الرغم من الطلبات المتكررة لصاحب العمل السابق لإلغاء تأشيرتي، فقد تأخرت باستمرار بوعود "غدًا" لمدة شهر تقريبًا.
في ضوء هذه الظروف، لدي مخاوف أساسية:
1. ما هي التدابير التي يمكنني اتخاذها لتسريع إلغاء تأشيرتي القديمة؟ هل يجب أن أفكر في الإبلاغ عن هذا التأخير للسلطات المعنية مثل شرطة دبي أو محكمة دبي؟
2. بدلاً من ذلك، هل هناك وسيلة قانونية تسمح لي بالاحتفاظ بتأشيرتي الحالية حتى تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيتها والبدء في العمل مع صاحب العمل الجديد في نفس الوقت؟

القضية العمالية هي بسبب عدم دفع مكافأة نهاية الخدمة الخاصة بي لأن لدي عرضًا من شركة أخرى ولا يمكنني الانضمام إليهم بدون إلغاء تأشيرتي من إدارة الهجرة والعمل.

Q: I have resigned from the company and finished my notice period of 30 days.
The employer is not willing to sign the clearance paper which is needed for the HR dept to cancel my visa.
I have got another job and I need this visa to be canceled immediately or I'll lose that job as well.

How can I renew my Ejari if the landlord hasn’t signed the new contract?
Hi,
I have been here for 3 years now and paid the increased amount (as per the agreement) for the 4th year.
However, the landlord did not send me back the signed contract, although I have both made the payment for the full year via bank transfer and sent my signed contract to him.
I need to renew my Ejari; however, how can I do it without the landlord's signature?
I have all the previous contracts signed by both parties, along with the Ejari for those contracts.
