How to lift one-year labour ban
Hi Sir,
Myself Rijo, presently I am facing one-year labour ban (as per my knowledge and same mentioned in cancellation paper too).
Now I have a new offer with DMCC free zone but things were not processed because of this ban. DMCC asked me for the immigration clearance. How can I clear this? My previous contract was under limited term so even salary basis also is not helping me.
From other sites I came to know it is possible but still have no idea how, so can you suggest me a solution?

You need to provide a copy of passport to check the labor ban.
If it is still there, then we require a POA to be issued by you in our favour for gathering details. Upon receiving the same, we can advise you more appropriately on how the said ban can be lifted.
