How can I clear my overstay fines and come back to find a job in the UAE?
Hello,
I would like to know the difference between overstay clearance and outpass. I am worried a company put me into overstay for 60 days but refused to give me an employment visa. All they told me is they're going to get me overstay clearance.
Understanding this situation, can I come back to the UAE and find another job or get a visit visa and look for a job again?
Hope to hear from you.
Thank you
Greetings,
You must settle your legal status in the country and pay the value of the violations, otherwise, it will be difficult for you to return to the country again.
Our sincere wishes to you for success.

Dear questioner
Overstay fine clearance is the clearance of the fines after reducing or without reducing the same and then you are required to apply for a new visa to enter to the UAE.
But outpass is an entirely different service in which the party is unable to clear the dues and overstay fines and abandons his rights to re-enter the UAE in his lifetime.

Dear questioner
Overstay fine clearance is the clearance of the fines and after the same, you can take a visa and visit UAE.
However, if you are unable to clear the overstay fines and take an outpass then you cannot visit UAE because you are voluntarily choosing the lifetime ban.
