س: بناءً على نصيحتي، قام أحد عملائي باستثمار أمواله في شركة تجارية بقيمة حوالي مليون دولار في حسابه الخاص وفي حساباته الفرعية الثلاثة الأخرى.  نظرًا لحقيقة أن التاجر المسلم يحرّم عليه من الناحية الدينية تقاضي أو كسب الفائدة، فإن حل هذه المعضلة هو الاستثمار في سوق الفوركس مع فتح حساب تداول حر. استثمر عميلي المال وبدأ التداول في الفوركس. خلال هذه الشهور الأربعة من التداول، كان لديه العديد من الودائع وطلبات السحب وخلال هذه الفترة خسر 800 ألف دولار من حسابه التجاري. بعد أربعة أشهر، قدم العميل طلب سحب بقيمة 400 ألف دولار من حسابه الأول و300 ألف دولار من حسابه الآخر، حيث بلغ إجمالي السحب 700 ألف دولار في 16 مايو 2019. قالوا إن العملية قيد التنفيذ وحتى الآن 29 مايو 2019، لم يتلقى عميلي أي أموال في حسابه.

Q: Hello, There is a prop firm refusing to give me my payout accusing me of copy-trading. Every time I provide evidence that I’m not copy-trading they ignore me and send me copy-pasted emails. In their policy, they say that for every 24 hours the payout is delayed, they pay +$1,000. Would it be possible to go after them legally for my payout? The provisions of this law, promulgating UAE Civil Code, govern the civil transactions in the United Arab Emirates. The commercial transactions remain subject to the laws and regulations applicable in their regard.

This Law applies to merchants, as well as to all acts of commerce carried out in the UAE by any person even though he be not a trader. Commercial matters regarding which specific Federal laws are issued shall be subject to the provisions of such laws, and to the provisions hereof which do not contradict with said laws.
