س: طاب مساءك سيدي،
انا فلبيني الجنسية. تم ترحيلي إلى الفلبين يوم الجمعة الماضي (18 أكتوبر) بسبب تجاوز مدة الإقامة المحددة لتسعة أيام.
بعد إلغاء تأشيرتي من الشركة التي كنت أعمل بها سابقًا (5 سبتمبر)، وجدت وكالة توظيف عرضت عليّ العمل بصفتي مُعلّم ظل لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وقدموا لي وعدًا بمعالجة تأشيرتي ولذلك أخذوا جواز سفري.
لكنهم احتفظوا بجواز سفري فحسب ولم يقوموا بمعالجة التأشيرة حتى تجاوزت مدة الإقامة المحددة. يوم الأحد الماضي (13 أكتوبر)، تم إلقاء القبض عليّ بواسطة الإدارة العامة للتحريات والمباحث الجنائية في الحافلة ووضعوني في السجن مباشرةً.
في صباح اليوم التالي، أخذوني إلى إدارة هجرة في أم القيوين وأخذوا بصمة العين. حاولت شرح موقفي لكنهم لم يستمعوا. لم يتم التعامل معي بطريقة عادلة. أنا مجرد ضحية للشركة التي لم تلتزم بكلماتها.
ما زلت أعتقد أن هناك شخصًا يمكنه مساعدتي في حل مشكلتي والعودة مرة أخرى إلى دولة الإمارات.

ما العمل في حالة عدم القدرة على إيجاد عمل بينما التأشيرة منتهية؟
س: يعيش ابني في إمارة دبي. انتهت تأشيرته قبل ثلاثة أشهر. ليس لديه عمل وفي نهاية هذا الشهر لن يكون لديه مكان يعيش فيه.
لديه أموال محدودة للغاية وأنا غير قادر على مساعدته. أتمنى أن تقدم لي المشورة.

Entering the UAE after deportation for overstay and illegal entry
Q: My friend is in Uzbekistan now. She was deported in 2009 for overstaying on a visit visa.
Then she came to Dubai illegally and was deported in 2010 by Dubai Prosecution (Niyaba).
Now she wants to come legally to Dubai on a work visa. What is the procedure?
Now it's been 9 years since she got deported.
If the visa got approved, can she come to Dubai or not?
If no, what should she do to enter Dubai legally?

Landlord cashed my rent but won’t renew Ejari unless I accept a higher deposit. What should I do?
Hello,
I had a rental dispute case with my landlord. Based on the judgment, I paid the entire rent to the landlord, which the landlord has already cashed.
He is not issuing the Ejari because he wants to increase the security deposit by 10% every year, which I am not accepting. I have already given the 5% security deposit.
The landlord is not accepting it. He is forcing me to sign a new agreement, otherwise he will not renew the lease agreement.
Please let me know what I should do.

Cargo from Dubai to India arrived late and damaged. What should I do?
Hello,
I had sent a cargo from Dubai to India. I received the cargo late and with 35% damage. My TV, for which I had paid AED 1500 separately as cargo fees, was received after nearly 2 months in a completely damaged condition.
The cooking range was received after nearly 6 months and had superficial damage. They are not replying to my emails but are only responding through WhatsApp.
Could anyone please guide me?

I own and run a company. We received stock from an international supplier in 2019. However, we were unable to pay due to financial circumstances.
The supplier is now threatening to file a civil case in 2025.

I purchased a tour voucher from a holiday agency in Dubai in 2023 worth AED 4239.00, but was not able to use it due to a visa problem.
I have constant email and communication through phone with them, and they informed me back then that my voucher will be available and has no expiration date that I can use anytime I want.
Now I wanted to use it, so I called them last Saturday, 31st May 2025, and they told me it has already expired due to the new policy.
Can I still claim and ask for my money back?
